Lowen Ashleigh is a struggling writer on the brink of financial ruin when she accepts the job offer of a lifetime. Jeremy Crawford, husband of bestselling author Verity Crawford, has hired Lowen to complete the remaining books in a successful series his injured wife is unable to finish. Lowen arrives at the Crawford home, ready to sort through years of Verity's notes and outlines, hoping to find enough material to get her started. What Lowen…

I was curious and intrigued from the beginning and while I read more I start feeling nervous and scared about what is going to happen next. The way Colleen writes the story is unique and I was hooked from the very start.

Why I chose this read: Ever since 'All your perfects' I didn't want to miss any book released by colleen  when I heard about Verity I went for it there was change alright, not what I was used to when it came to co ho.

                                                                     What Verity is bout:

Verity is pitched as a thriller and a romantic suspense book.

Verity is a complex story about an author who is supposed to ghost write a series for Verity Crawford, a successful author who is injured in a way she can’t write right now- maybe ever. Her husband, Jeremy, commissions Lowen to do this work. Lowen goes to the Crawford’s house to do some research but that house and that family is more than she ever expected. While searching through old paperwork relating to the series Verity has written, she finds a manuscript of a truly messed up autobiography that changes her life and the life of the Crawford family forever.

                                                                                                  What had me excited/enticed:

The dynamic that exists between the three main characters of Jeremy Crawford, his wife Verity Crawford and Lowen Ashleigh had me on edge for most of the story, every little thing or action that each one of them does makes you wonder are they the bad guy, are they hiding something, would you trust them? Who to freaking trust in the book???

                                                                                                          I love the book why?

This book really creeped  me out it got to me and actually all stars  coho, for messing up with my mind pretty good. The kind of book I would shove in everyone's face in order to read

Unrelenting, all consuming and creepy - this why y'all should read this book
